Our background is academic and professional: a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, state licensure, and credentials from leading industry organizations. Over the past 25 years we've analyzed thousands of property profiles and worked across acquisition, entitlement, permitting, and development. We know what works, and we know where the process tends to break down.
